This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Expedited Digital (“Licensor”) and the individual or entity authorizing the private software application named “Bot Access” (the “Software”) to access QuickBooks Online data. By connecting or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement.

Licensor grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for Expedited Digital’s internal bookkeeping and operations purposes, including categorizing QuickBooks Online transactions and managing mileage-related records. The Software is a private integration and is not offered as a public consumer product.

QuickBooks Online is provided by Intuit Inc. Use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit’s terms and policies. The Software uses Intuit APIs under Intuit’s developer terms; Intuit is not a party to this Agreement and does not sponsor or endorse the Software unless it expressly says otherwise.

You are responsible for authorizing only trusted users and systems, reviewing bookkeeping decisions, complying with applicable tax and recordkeeping laws, keeping credentials confidential, and ensuring you have the right to grant access to the QuickBooks company file you connect. The Software may read and update the QuickBooks Online data you authorize; handling of that information is described in the Privacy Policy.

You may not reverse engineer the Software except where legally permitted, resell or sublicense it, use it to violate law, or attempt to access unauthorized data. The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor disclaims all warranties. Licensor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and total liability under this Agreement will not exceed $100.

This license ends if you disconnect the Software, Licensor disables it, or either party terminates access. Licensor may update this Agreement by posting a revised version at this URL. Questions can be sent to aiden@expediteddigital.com.
