This Privacy Policy describes how Expedited Digital (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our private QuickBooks Online integration named “Bot Access” (the “App”). The App is for internal Expedited Digital use only and is not listed on the QuickBooks App Store.

We may access QuickBooks Online company data needed to organize bookkeeping work, including chart of accounts and balances; bank and credit-card transactions, expenses, bills, invoices, and related records; vendors, customers, employees, contractors, classes, locations, mileage or trip-related records; and company profile information required to operate the connection. We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, or bank account numbers beyond what QuickBooks exposes through its API for authorized apps.

We use this information solely to categorize transactions, review and maintain mileage and bookkeeping records, generate internal finance and operations summaries, and maintain or troubleshoot the connection. We do not sell personal information or use QuickBooks data for advertising.

Information may be shared only with Intuit or QuickBooks as required to operate the API connection; secure service providers acting under our direction; professional advisors when needed for Expedited Digital’s business; or authorities when required by law. Access tokens and credentials are protected using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, with access limited to authorized personnel and systems.

We retain QuickBooks-derived data only as long as needed for bookkeeping, audit, tax, operational purposes, or as required by law. You may disconnect the App in QuickBooks Online settings or revoke access through your Intuit account. You may request deletion of App-side copies of data we control by emailing aiden@expediteddigital.com, subject to records we must retain for legal or tax compliance.
